Payment for goods is made after placing an order on the website through a payment operator, available for individuals, sole proprietors, and legal entities. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller may issue an IBAN invoice using the contact details provided by the Buyer during checkout.

The online store sells goods exclusively with full prepayment.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out via the postal operator Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine (where the operator has coverage). If the Buyer wishes to arrange delivery outside Ukraine, the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on delivery terms.

The price of goods in the online store does not include delivery costs. Delivery is made by the Seller to the Nova Poshta branch specified by the Buyer. The Buyer pays for delivery according to the postal operator’s rates.

IMPORTANT! Check the contents and condition of the goods when collecting them at the postal operator’s branch! The Buyer is solely responsible for the appearance and completeness of the goods after collection at the post office branch. If damage or incomplete contents are discovered, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods only at the postal operator’s branch at the time of collection. Returns or exchanges at the publisher are only possible in the case of a manufacturing defect.

In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection,” printed publications of adequate quality are NOT subject to exchange or return.
